This video shows Les doing some wrought iron work using the power hammer at Taylors Bell Foundry. An old bell clapper is being reshaped for use in another bell installation.

This is 75mm diameter steel bar bent cold. We are one of very few organisations that have the capacity to do cold bending of such thick material. (And we can do hot bending, too!)

Quantity - No Problem!

The close tolerance U-bolt depicted has a cut thread and to date we have manufactured over 1.5 million with a 100% inspection requirement. There have been no rejects throughout the entire production run.
